Nicole
MBA qualified and with over 10 years’ experience as a Career Coach, a previous career in HR, a small business owner (consulting and trade services) and extensive experience in industries including health, airline, logistics, automotive, banking, education, mining and Information Technology in Australia and Europe. Nicole has guided, helped and coached hundreds of people to successfully navigate their way through complex career and business development processes.
Nicole is passionate about providing practical support that honours individual uniqueness. Her clients love how she breaks down overwhelming processes into simple, manageable steps. Nicole excels at helping people understand what they are really good at, where they want to go and how to get there. She has a natural flair for resume writing, presentation and interview skills coaching.

Raelene
Raelene’s experience spans in excess of 20 years across a range of industries such as corporate, commercial, education, government, industrial and manufacturing. She started her career in Human Resources and over the years, has been instrumental in guiding individuals with their careers.

Her approach is holistic and practical and her empathy for those who feel ‘stuck’ in their careers ensures a genuine interest in assisting clients in creating a career strategy, finding focus and determining career goals and exploring new opportunities and career paths. Marina
Marina has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, working in Corporate. As a Human Resource Practitioner and Coach, Marina has gained considerable knowledge working with leadership teams across all business sectors. Marina’s senior management knowledge and expertise gained from working in manufacturing, banking and finance, arts and government strengthens her ability to coach across a diverse range of areas. She assists companies to build leadership capability and improve performance. Marina’s practical and insightful approach to coaching creates optimum results.
Marina has a BA (Law), Adv Cert (HR), Grad Cert (OD), Grad Dip in Mgmt & Innovation, and Adv Dip in Facilitation. She is a Workshop Facilitator, Institute of Executive Coaching Certified Coach, with accreditations in Human Synergistics LSI/GSI/Leadership Impact, DISC and NLP. She has a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and is an Assessor for Informal and Formal Learning (Small to Medium Business).
Carla
For the past 19 years, Carla has successfully built an enviable career in the HR field as a business owner, head-hunter, consultant and career coach. She easily gains the valuable trust of her clients, advising them on market conditions with regard to recruitment and talent management. Much of her work has been in the area of head-hunting for senior level positions, including identifying personal drivers and cultural fit and approaching target clients.
Prior to this, Carla spent five years with Mobil Oil working in various roles across their Melbourne sites. Here she was responsible for recruitment, training, manpower and the career development of individuals.
Emma
With over 12 years experience in Human Resources, consulting and coaching, Emma has worked across a broad range of industries including Telecommunications, Utilities and FMCG. Most recently, Emma joined Lion Nathan as a Leadership Capability Coach, as part of their merger with National Foods. This role involved significant change management as well as transitional coaching support to the business, and business partnering at an executive level. Emma also led a number of national projects involving large-scale change initiatives, redundancies and career transition.
With a passion for career coaching and helping others to achieve their goals, Emma’s coaching approach is practical and flexible, and designed to meet the specific needs of her clients. Emma’s goal is to help her clients be the ‘best version of themselves’ in order to secure their next job opportunity.
Rebecca
Rebecca is an accomplished Human Resources professional with a passion for helping executives and generalists with their career direction and strategy. She has worked across a number of industries including not for profit, corporate finance, telecommunications, health services and banking.
Rebecca spent a number of years working in the United Kingdom, primarily in the health services sector. Initially as an Human Resources Advisor for a large private hospital in London before moving on to a role as Human Resource Manager for London’s National Health Service Executive.
On returning to Melbourne, Rebecca moved into a position with Saise—a corporate information and telecommunications provider, before securing a role with the National Australia Bank. Here she spent just over four years, firstly as a Human Resources Business Partner for the retail banking arm (1 year) and then as a Consultant (3 years) with projects NAB, MLC and ER experience.
As part of her on-going learning and passion for the career development of others, Rebecca is currently studying a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Development Counselling.
Veronica
Veronica has over 17 years experience in corporate human resources, spanning across a wide range of industries including financial services, gaming and entertainment and the energy sector.
Veronica is passionate about executive and career coaching and working with individuals through career transitions – whether it be redundancies or other career changes. She has volumes of empathy for people going through this sensitive process. Veronica’s primary focus is to provide practical advice in relation to an individual’s interests, skills and the current job market.
Whilst working at National Australia Bank, Veronica partnered with an international outplacement provider to design and deliver a program called ‘Navigating Your Career’. She then rolled this program out to all employees within MLC Victoria, resulting in very positive feedback. Employees and managers were thrilled to be given the tools to manage their own career – from understanding themselves better and how they liked to work, to writing a CV and preparing for a job interview.
Veronica continues to offer executive coaching and career transition services to employees across a wide range of industries.

Ros is an experienced career counsellor and coach with a strong focus on supporting people to successfully navigate their careers.
With over 20 years’ experience within the corporate environment as well as a business owner, Ros has a diverse range of knowledge covering HR, organisational development through to marketing, large scale recruitment project management and career development. Ros gained this expertise from working in banking & finance, consulting services and the telecommunications sector which underpins her ability to coach across diverse workplace environments.
Ros has a practical and insightful approach to assist people in building career confidence, how to find satisfying work, effective networking, self-marketing as well as understanding the hidden job market. Ros’s passion for supporting people and helping them determine career goals and opportunities, has been instrumental in guiding individuals with their career.
Ros has a Bachelor of Economics, post-graduate qualifications in career development as well being a professional member of Career Development Association of Australia.
